Reserving holds your day with a supplier while they say yes. Nothing is charged until they do, and you always see who gets what before you pay.
Before you reserve
Add the suppliers you like to your Planning from their profile. The price you see there is the price for your day and your number of guests, and it is fixed from the moment you add it: nobody renegotiates it later.
In your Planning, each supplier has a box. Tick the ones you want to reserve now and leave the rest for later.
What happens to your money
When you press Reserve, your card is checked and each supplier's booking fee is held, not charged. While they decide, nobody else can book them on your day.
- If the supplier says yes, their fee is charged and the booking is confirmed. You get the confirmation and the invoice by email.
- If they can't make it, or don't answer in time, the hold is released. Nothing was charged.
The booking fee is the only thing you pay to Eventadore, and it is already inside the price you saw. Everything else goes to the supplier directly: usually a deposit by a date they set, and the rest on the day. Your Planning tells you each amount and date.
