On Eventadore a price is never a mystery. Here is what each number means, from the first card you see to the line you book.
Before you choose a day
Without a date, a supplier's card shows a range: the lowest and highest their own prices and rules can come to. It is worked out from what they set, never typed in by hand.
With your day and your guests
Tell the search your date, your place and how many guests you expect. Every card and every profile then shows what that day costs, all in — the same figure your Planning will lock when you add the supplier.
All in means the travel to your place, a surcharge for a Saturday in high season, a minimum spend: whatever the supplier charges, it is already in the number.
Locked when you add it
The moment you add a supplier to your Planning, their price is locked for your day. They answer whether they are free; they do not send you a new price.
There is one thing you can still change: for a supplier paid by the hour, you can choose how many hours — never fewer than their minimum — while the line is not yet reserved.
Travel is charged once
A supplier who comes to you charges the trip once per booking, not once per package. Book their ceremony set and their evening set, and the travel appears one time.
What goes where
Of the total, only the booking fee is paid to Eventadore, when the supplier accepts. The rest is paid to the supplier directly, on their deposit date and on the day. Your Planning lists every amount and date.
