Every supplier is in the search from the minute they register. This guide is about what turns a visit into a booking.
You are in the search from day one
Your profile is listed in the search, on the map and in your category from the moment you register — with or without photos, packages or a calendar. Nothing hides you. A profile with a photo is shown before one without, so add your best one first.
Set your price
A couple can add you to their Planning only once you have a price. It belongs to your service, not to a package, and it is what your card shows. Packages are optional variants beside it.
Your price can follow your own rules: by the hour with a minimum, per guest, a surcharge for Saturdays or for the high season, travel per kilometre after a free distance. Couples always see what their day costs, all in, worked out from your rules.
Keep your calendar true
Block the days you are taken, or connect your own calendar by link and we read it for you. Only the days a calendar sync created are ever changed by it; the days you block by hand and the days booked here are yours.
Answer in time
When a couple reserves you, their card is held and you are asked. Say yes and the booking is confirmed; say no and the couple is told and free to choose someone else. How long you have depends on how close the day is — from three days far ahead to six hours in the last three days.
Accept at once
When your terms are accepted and your calendar is up to date, you can accept bookings in advance. Couples then book you in one step, and your card shows Accepts at once.
