1. What Eventadore is
Eventadore is a marketplace for weddings. Couples find you, book you and pay us a booking fee. The contract for your service is between you and the couple; Eventadore is not a party to it and does not perform your service.
2. Your prices are an offer
The price your packages and rules produce for a day — the package price, per guest or per hour, travel, the overnight stay, weddings abroad, seasons, days and extras — is your binding offer to the couple for that day, while your calendar shows the day as free and you have not paused bookings. A couple accepts it by booking and paying the booking fee; the contract is concluded at that moment, at that price. A booked price is not renegotiated.
3. Your calendar
You keep your calendar current, through a calendar subscription or by confirming it at least every 14 days. While neither vouches for it, couples ask you first instead of booking directly. Days closer than your lead time are always asked first.
4. When a couple asks first
When a couple asks you first, you answer within the time shown. A yes holds the day for the couple until they book or the time runs out; the price is the one your packages and rules produced when they asked.
5. The money
The couple pays Eventadore the booking fee when they book. It is a percentage of the booking value, shown in your dashboard, and it is inside your price, never added on top. You agree that the couple owes you your price less that fee, paid to you directly on your deposit terms and on the day, by the methods you accept. Eventadore collects nothing on your behalf.
6. If you cannot honour a booking
Cancel it in your dashboard, with a reason the couple reads. The couple gets the booking fee back in full and is shown who is still free. Booking you directly pauses until you confirm your calendar again. We may pause a profile that cancels repeatedly.
7. Business or private person
You tell us whether you offer as a business or as a private person. Before a couple books, we show them what you said, with your legal name and place, as the law requires of marketplaces.
8. Your details and the couple's
You keep your legal name, address, tax details and documents correct. The couple's contact details reach you once the booking is paid; use them only for that booking.
9. Changes
We may change these terms for future bookings. We tell you, and you accept the new version before you are booked directly again. Bookings already made keep the terms of the day they were made.
